Creating a Record Creation Form in WoodsPortal
Learn how to build and customize the form users fill out to create new object records—add or remove fields, include associated object dropdowns, apply filters, and rename labels—directly in WoodsPortal Admin.
Overview
WoodsPortal lets you fully tailor the “Create [Object]” form for any HubSpot object (standard or custom). In the Admin, you choose which properties appear, include associated-object dropdowns, apply conditional logic, and adjust field labels—all of which immediately reflect in your portal’s Create form.

Troubleshooting

Conditional logic not filtering correctly | Reopen the field’s Logic settings and verify both the property and expected values are correct. |
Label change not reflected | Confirm you clicked Save in the form editor and refresh the portal page. |
